Return Policy

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days the date of purchase to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns must be approved by Olanzu.co. If a product is found to be defective by Olanzu.co, a new replacement order will be created and shipped. Refunds will proceed as described in "REFUNDS."

REFUNDS:

If you receive products that is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may apply for refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Credits or refunds will be only for the product purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
