Note: Please note that our shipping services are currently available only within the United States.

 

Order Processing/Handling:

Our standard order processing time is usually one business day, but in some cases it can take up-to maximum three business days.

Delivery Time:

Experience the convenience of our priority shipping service with a delivery time of 3-4 Business days depending upon the shipping address provided while placing an order. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that in certain instances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, customers will be swiftly informed.

Taxes & Duties:

The prices are exclusive of taxes, you may have to pay taxes in your state, and it is calculated automatically during checkout, based on your shipping address (State).

For reliable shipping services within the U.S., we collaborated with USPS.

Order Tracking:

Keep an eye on your order's journey with an efficient order tracking system, accessible through email updates and a tracking code also.

Undelivered Orders

Our team will investigate the scenario. After confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund if your order or item is not delivered.

Shipping Cost/Charges

The cost will vary depending on your order price.

All orders with value of $250 and above will be delivered FREE. No Shipping Charges on those orders.

Orders with value below $249.01 will be charged the shipping charges according to order value. The rates list is as below.

Cancellation After Ordering

  • You can cancel orders within 2 hours of checkout process.
  • Once order is picked up by our logistic partner for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such a case you have to initiate a return. To get more details read our return policy.

We prioritize the safe delivery of your orders. Upon receiving your package, we strongly recommend that you perform a thorough inspection to ensure the integrity of your items.

  • Immediate Inspection: Unpack your goods promptly upon receipt. Carefully inspect the ordered items for any signs of damage or discrepancies.
  • Report Damage: In the unfortunate event that you discover damages attributable to transportation, we urge you to report the issue promptly within 24 hours of delivery.

Timely reporting of any transportation damages is crucial in assisting us to swiftly address and resolve the issue. We value your cooperation in observing these guidelines. Rest assured; we are here to assist you in ensuring that you receive your products in optimal condition.

 

Responsibility for Billing & Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly during checkout. We highly recommend double-checking all details before submitting an order, as once the order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the address, and the item will be shipped to the submitted address.

Customers must also verify that their browser's auto-fill settings and third-party services such as PayPal, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, or Venmo are providing accurate information before completing their purchase.

In cases where an incorrect address leads to a returned order, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from any refund or store credit. To reorder, the customer will need to submit a new order with the correct address.

Oversized Items & Extra Shipping Costs

Currently, the shipping is available for all U.S. customers. We do not charge any additional fees for oversized items or packages.

Unforeseen Events & Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to unpredictable events such as severe weather or power outages. While these delays are beyond our control, we will make every effort to work with the carrier to expedite your order. In such cases, standard delivery guarantees may not apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we may not be able to provide a replacement.

Important: Refunds are not issued in these cases, as our policy is to replace damaged or missing items.

To process damaged orders, we require photographs of the damaged products, including any packaging damage for verification purposes. For missing items, please provide pictures of the packaging and any received items.

Upon verifying the damage or missing items, we will issue a replacement. Please note, we replace only the affected parts and not the entire order. Refunds are not provided for missing or damaged parts.

USPS Damage Claims

If your order was damaged in transit via USPS, the United States Postal Service requires you to bring the damaged item and packaging to your local post office to file a claim.

The post office will print a PS-2856 form, which must be completed and submitted to the St. Louis, MO post office for review. Once approved, USPS will issue a check to cover the damage of that specific order.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you think you’ve been sent an incorrect part, please contact us at support@olanzu.co or fill out the contact us form. Please mention in subject line "Wrong Part Delivered Against My Order". We will investigate the scenario, if the mistake is ours, we will pay for return shipping and send you right part.

Missing Package

If your tracking information states that the package has been delivered but you haven't found it yet, please wait 24 hours after the delivery confirmation. Sometimes, tracking shows delivery prematurely.

After 24 hours, you should:

  • Look for a missed delivery notice.
  • Search around your delivery spot (porch, garage, etc.).
  • Check with household members or neighbors who may have received the package.
  • Verify that the shipping address on your order and the carrier’s records match.
  • Double-check your mailbox or usual delivery area in case it switched carriers.

If your package remains missing, contact the carrier directly to file a report. Once an order is marked 'Delivered,' we are unable to claim it as missing.
